(Example: Temporarily uploading a commissioned chibi artwork to a print-on-demand service to create stickers for personal use.)- You may NOT attempt to pay the artist in cryptocurrency, nor resell the commissioned artwork for cryptocurrency.- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent, unless it is for private use. (Example: Colouring in commissioned lineart and showing your friends privately.) Making personal colour tweaks is acceptable.- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) if the character(s) commissioned belong to you. IP rights of characters from preexisting media/sources belong to their respective creators.- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The commissioner may contact me to discuss purchasing the commercial rights to their commissioned art piece at any time before, during, or after the commission process.- No individual may upload my art to AI services/databases/etc or anything that may use it for AI training.- You may request that I do NOT post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, my commission example page, as well as in publications such as art books, magazines, etc.
